TERMS & CONDITIONS

Bayside Clean Exterior Cleaning Services

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using Bayside Clean's exterior cleaning services. By hiring us, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Scope of Services

​

We provide exterior cleaning services as agreed upon in writing or through electronic communication. Our services may include, but are not limited to:

  • Pressure Washing

  • Eco Wash (Soft Washing)

  • Window Cleaning

  • Gutter Cleaning

  • Roof Cleaning

  • Exterior Surface Cleaning

  • Driveway Cleaning

  • Deck Cleaning

Service-Specific Acknowledgments

​

  • House Washing Limitations: House washing does not remove oxidation from vinyl or aluminum siding. Soft washing is designed to remove organic growth, dirt, dust, spider webs, and pollen. Oxidation removal requires specialty chemicals, and results may vary based on the severity and age of the oxidation.

  • Window Cleaning:​

    • Screen cleaning is available at an additional cost.

    • For windows with significant hard water staining, additional costs may apply. Results for hard water staining may vary depending on the severity of the staining and the condition of the glass.

  • Our window cleaning services include cleaning of glass, frames, and sills only. Cleaning tracks is not included.

  • Deck Cleaning:

    • Customers are encouraged to remove all items from the deck prior to cleaning.

    • Unless otherwise agreed upon, Bayside Clean will remove items from the deck and place them back after cleaning. Larger items may remain on the deck and will be shuffled during the cleaning process to avoid complete removal.

 

Customer Responsibilities

To ensure efficient and safe service, customers are responsible for:

  1. Preparing the Property: Removing any obstacles or items that may interfere with the cleaning process, unless otherwise agreed upon.

  2. Providing Water: Unless special arrangements have been made for Bayside Clean to supply water, the customer must ensure water is accessible for the cleaning process.

  3. Safety Precautions: At all times, keep pets and children away from the work area during cleaning.

 

Payment Terms

  • A 50% deposit is required to proceed with scheduling your cleaning. This deposit ensures the customer’s commitment and helps prevent last-minute cancellations.

  • Payment in full is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing or via electronic communication.

  • We accept cash, checks, credit cards, and e-transfers.

 

Cancellations and Rescheduling

  • Customers must provide at least 72 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of any deposits paid.

  • Bayside Clean reserves the right to reschedule services due to inclement weather, equipment failure, or other unforeseen circumstances.

 

Liability

  • Bayside Clean is not liable for damages that may occur during the cleaning process, including but not limited to damage to landscaping or personal items.

  • The customer assumes all risks associated with the cleaning services.

 

Warranty

  • Bayside Clean warrants that services will be performed professionally and in accordance with industry standards.

  • We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes from our cleaning services.

 

Entire Agreement

These terms and conditions represent the entire agreement between Bayside Clean and the customer regarding exterior cleaning services, superseding all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.

 

Acknowledgment

By using our exterior cleaning services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
